Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (formerly Google Suite) are powerful sets of productivity applications and services that help users create, share, connect, and collaborate. Microsoft 365 has desktop versions and is more feature-rich, whereas Google Workspace is only cloud-based. Review the comparison table below which highlight each application’s main features.

Microsoft Teams versus Google Workspace

Microsoft Teams is a collaborative interface with direct access to almost all Microsoft applications while staying within the Teams application. Google's answer to Teams is Google Workspace. Unlike Teams, Workspace is a collection of applications connectable through Google Mail. There are many distinct aspects between Teams and Workspace as detailed in the comparison table below.
