Clickers: Use a Mobile Device as a Clicker

Overview

Students can use their mobile devices as clickers/response devices by downloading the PointSolutions app, available from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. After signing in to their Echo360 PointSolutions account, students will be able to join a session from the app.

Students may also participate in polling sessions via their web browser by visiting ttpoll.com/ and signing into their Echo360 account before joining a session on a web browser. All participants using PointSolutions must use the NetID@tennessee.edu format when creating accounts and logging in to a polling session. This will ensure the participant is connected to the correct profile and session data is saved correctly.

Below are step-by-step instructions for logging in to a polling session using the PointSolutions app and web browser. This article also contains brief supplementary instructions on how to respond to multiple-choice, short-answer, numeric, and essay questions using the PointSolutions app on a mobile device.
