Overview
Students can use their mobile devices as clickers/response devices by downloading the PointSolutions app, available from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. After signing in to their Echo360 PointSolutions account, students will be able to join a session from the app.
Students may also participate in polling sessions via their web browser by visiting ttpoll.com and signing into their Echo360 account before joining a session on a web browser. All participants using PointSolutions must use the NetID@tennessee.edu format when creating accounts and logging in to a polling session. This will ensure the participant is connected to the correct profile and session data is saved correctly.
NOTE: Students are only permitted to use mobile device or web browser response methods at the instructor's discretion if the instructor has enabled mobile responses. In courses where mobile responses are not permitted, students must use only physical clickers, which can be purchased through the
VolShop.
