Getting started with the new OIT Service Portal

  • The Explore OIT Services button allows you to pick the service and then category for the type of help you need. This will enable us to help you FASTER as you will receive a CUSTOMIZED request form for that category. You can also check the status of your open Ticket Request.
  • The Search Bar above will search all of our services and knowledge base articles. Clicking the globe icon next to the bar lets you choose to search for a Service to request help or the Knowledge Base to find self-help.  
  • The Knowledge Base is where you can quickly find self-help articles, how-to guides, and training.
