Planon Space Scheduling: Downloading and Logging Into the Planon Mobile App

Overview

The Planon system is used to reserve office, meeting, and cubicle space. 

Instructions

Download the Planon App

1. Download the Planon app from your respective app store.

Log into the Planon App

1. Open the Planon App.
    
2. Two options for logging into the Planon mobile app.
   1. Enter the Company URL of https://utenn-prod.planoncloud.com. Be sure to include the https://
      OR
   2. Choose the QR icon on the Planon screen and give Planon access to your camera. Then scan the QR code below.
      
       
3. Press Login.
    
4. On the login screen, choose the option to log in with SAML Authentication. Do NOT use the username and password options on this screen. Make sure you log in using SAML at the bottom of the screen.
    
5. Enter your NetID and Password.
   
    
6. Press Submit on the Welcome screen.
