Preparing to Travel Again
As global travel restrictions lift and you consider business travel, World Travel, the University’s travel partner, is recommending the following steps and resources to help you feel safe, secure and informed while on the road. Also, be sure to review University policies regarding travel, including FI0705 – Travel and FI0531 – Travel Cards.
Verify your travel (Concur) profile information.
Before booking a reservation, please visit travel.tennessee.edu, to verify that your Personal Information, is current. Click the Profile drop-down menu and select Profile Settings to verify the following:
- Your Legal ID matches your Concur Profile and Frequent Traveler Accounts
- Mobile Phone Number
- Passport Information
- Payment Information, Including Expiration Date
- Emergency Contact Information
- Assign Travel Assistants/Arrangers and/or Request and Expense Delegates
- Other Airline and/or Country-specific Requirements. Examples include vaccination dates, TSA PreCheck, etc.
If you discover a name discrepancy, contact your local HR team member to update your IRIS record.
