Overview
Microsoft Visio is a tool for creating diagrams and vector graphics. It's used to design flowcharts, organizational charts, network diagrams, floor plans, and similar visuals. It provides templates and shapes to simplify complex information into clear visuals.
To purchase a license for Visio, you can submit a request at Microsoft License Request.
Download Instructions
- Sign into your M365 account at office365.utk.edu
- Select "Install and More" in the top right, then choose Install Microsoft 365 apps.

- On the Apps & Devices page, select Install Visio from the apps list.
