VPN: Connect to Ivanti Secure Access Client | iOS or Android

Overview

Ivanti Secure Access Client, previously Pulse Secure, is the client for connecting to the SSL-VPN from iOS or Android.

Instructions

1. Download and install the free app Ivanti Secure Access Client from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
   **Note: this is a third-party application. OIT does not support the application beyond configuration instructions.
2. Once Secure Access is installed, launch the application.
3. Enter the URL for UTK then tap Connect. 
   • URL: access.utk.edu
   
4. Enter the following information on the configuration screen and tap Connect:
   Connection Name (optional): You can enter any name you want for this.
   Username: your-netid
   
5. Enter your NetID and NetID password and tap Login. 
6. You are now connected to the VPN. Tap Disconnect to end your session.
