NetID: Reset a Departmental NetID Password

To reset the password for a Departmental Account:

  1. Go to https://ds.utk.edu/passwords/.
  2. Scroll down to the "Departmental NetIDs" section and click Reset Your Departmental NetID Password.
  3. Log in with YOUR personal NetID and YOUR personal NetID password.
  4. Once logged in, the webpage will display a list of accounts you are the owner of in a drop-down menu.
  5. Select the appropriate account and proceed to set the password.
