Overview
One of the new features in Teams Premium allows you to Manage What Attendees See. This feature lessens the distractions and the periodic open mic moments that can disrupt meetings. The following article will walk you through enabling this feature in a new (or edit a scheduled) Teams meeting.

Enabling the Manage What Attendees See feature in a New Meeting.
If you have already scheduled a meeting and would like to edit the settings, jump to Edit a Meeting Event and complete the remaining steps in the process.
1. Open Teams.
2. Select your Teams Calendar.
3. Select the New Meeting drop-down.
4. Select Schedule Meeting.

5. Add the time, date, and participants to the meeting information.
6. Select More Options in the right-hand pane.

- If you need to edit a meeting that was already created, double-click the meeting event on your Teams calendar.
- Select Meeting options.

7. Scroll down to the Roles section.
8. Select an option from the Who can Present drop-down. Your selection should be something other than Everyone.

9. Scroll down to the Engagement (or Production Tools) section.
10. Toggle on Manage what Attendees See.
11. Select Save at the bottom of the page.

At the time of your meeting:
- Select your meeting event.
- Select Join.
You will see a large viewing section outlined in red. This is what your attendees can see.
Organizer's and other selected presenters' audio can be heard even when off-screen unless muted.

3. Toggle on the Bring Participant on Screen, to have your (or other presenters) camera appear within the content viewing area. You can have up to seven cameras viewable in the content area at any one time.

4. Use the Share button in the Teams meeting toolbar to share additional content as needed.
5. If a participant needs to be brought on-screen:
- Select the People icon in the Teams meeting toolbar.
- Hover over and select the ellipsis to the right of the individual’s name.

c. Select Bring on Screen. The attendee will now have access to their camera and mic.

e. To remove the attendee from the screen, select the ellipsis again and select Take off Screen.
