Overview
Microsoft Forms is a great way to collect information, take surveys, and create quizzes or assessments. But did you know Forms will not only allow you to share or add specific collaborators to a Form, but it will also allow you to add the Form directly to a Team. Once shared with the Team, the team can easily access the Form and results. This is a helpful practice because the team becomes the owner of the Form, which reduces the likelihood of the Form becoming “orphaned” when people change roles or leave the university.

Additionally, you can add a tab to a Channel in a Team that will provide access to the Form from within your Team. Read more about this process here: Add Forms App to Create a New Form Tab
