Overview
If you wish to add or change your photo in all Microsoft 365 products, you can do so through Microsoft Teams.
Tip: It can take some time for the image to change for all the Microsoft products. You may need to restart your computer to see the changes and even then it sometimes takes longer.
Instructions
- Tap your initials (or your previous photo in the upper right corner of Teams) the menu will then drop down.
- In the drop down menu, hover over your initials or previous photo and you'll
see the text "change or add profile picture"
- Select the picture/initials
- Upload your new picture.
- Tip: square pictures tend to work best
- Select Save (you may need to restart your computer to see changes)
