Overview
In Microsoft Teams, you have access to creating a webinar that can host up to 1,000 attendees. You can add in presenter bios as well as branding for the registration page.
Tip: Make sure you are in the calendar view when you go to schedule the webinar. You will not see the option if you are trying to schedule a meeting from a Team or a chat.

- In your calendar on Teams, select New Meeting and then select Webinar.
- Enter webinar details:
- Make sure to include any co-organizers here. It is always a good idea to have multiple co-organizers for a webinar or important meeting.
- Set a later time for attendees on the registration form to give yourself and presenters time to prepare together before the event begins.
- Select Save.
- Be sure to configure your registration requirements and ask any questions you need to know (such as if attendee requires a special accommodation). You can also add branding and theming to the webinar.
