Zoom: Presenter View and Layouts

The latest version of Zoom includes a new Presenter View option (Zoom also refers to this open as Presenter Layouts on the Share Screen window). This option offers additional presenting formats for how share screen content and webcam content is displayed to participants in the meeting. Presenter View options include,

  • Content appears over-the-shoulder of your video.
  • Presenter appears in front of the content.
  • Presenter and the content appearing side-by-side.

Tips for working with Presenter View :

  • Be sure to download and install the latest version of Zoom for the device.
  • Practice content sharing with presenter view before your meeting.
  • Presenter View is not included in a Zoom recording. The recording format will be in the default selection, such as speaker view, gallery view with share screen, etc.
  • For more information and to view an example of layouts, please review this Zoom article about Presenter View/Layouts.
