Configuring Your UT Account
Active Staff, Faculty, and Students using Outlook for their UT email can configure the new Outlook for Windows client. When prompted to set up your account, enter your primary UT email address and NetID password.
- Staff/Faculty: netid@utk.edu
- Students: netid@vols.utk.edu
Retirees, Emeriti, and Alumni using Outlook for their UT email are unable to configure the new Outlook for Windows client due to Microsoft licensing limitations.
