Microsoft Teams: Restore a Deleted Channel

Overview

The following steps show the process of restoring a deleted Channel. Any admin of a Team can restore a deleted Channel. Please note that deleted teams are only recoverable for 30 days.

Instructions

  1. Open Microsoft Teams.
  2. Click the three dots menu to the right of the Team name, and choose Manage Team.
  3. From the management page, open the Channels tab and expand the Deleted list. 
  4. Click the Restore button next to any Channel you want to recover.
