Overview
Occasionally, you may need to clear the Teams cache just like you have to clear the cache in a web browser. Note: clearing the cache in Teams will delete your preferences, such as a preferred camera zoom or background. You'll need to reset those after clearing the cache. You will also need to re-log on to Teams.
