Local Recording Settings
Hosts of Zoom meetings may choose to record to the cloud or record locally, to the device. The following local recording settings may be applied in the Zoom Workplace app, prior to starting the meeting.
- Log in to the Zoom Workplace desktop application using the SSO option to access your UT Zoom account.
- Select the Settings gear icon in the top-right of the app. If the Settings gear is not available, select the Profile icon and then choose Settings.
- Select Recording.
- Some of the options include:
- Change the default local recording location
- Record webcam content during a share-screen
- Display participants names in the recording
- Add a time stamp to the recording
