Accessing Local Recording Options

  1. Log in to the Zoom Workplace desktop application using the SSO option to access your UT Zoom account. 
  2. Select the settings gear in the top-right of the Zoom app. If the Settings gear is not available, select the Profile icon and then choose Settings.
  3. Select Recording in the settings menu. 
    • Some of the options include:
      • Change the default local recording location
      • Record webcam content during a share-screen
      • Display participants names in the recording
      • Add a time stamp to the recording
