In a Breakout Room, participants may use the Audio, Video (webcam), Share Screen, and Chat tools. Breakout Rooms will inherit permissions from the main room. As a best practice, we recommend that the leader/host enable access to the meeting tools participants will need in the rooms prior to opening the Breakout Rooms. For example, the leader should ensure that participants may un-mute their audio and have access to the Share Screen tool prior to opening the Breakout Rooms.
The leader/host may start end end Breakout Rooms at any time during the session.
