Along with the main content window, the meeting environment can also include the Participants and Chat windows. The Participants and Chat icons are located on the meeting toolbar, and once selected, these windows may be docked to the side of content window.
- The Participants icon reveals a list of who is attending the session. For meeting hosts, the Participants icon can also reveal additional meeting controls such as Mute All (participants).
- The Chat icon is a text-based chat window where the leader and participants may post questions, comments, or even send a file (if this option is activated in the leader's meeting settings).
Once the Participants and Chat windows have been docked to the side of the content window, it is possible to undo the docking and move the windows elsewhere. Select the pop-out arrow at the top-right corner of each window to access other options.
