Zoom: View Layout Options

There are several view layouts available in a LiveOnline@UT (Zoom) meeting. Some of the available views are described below. To access view options while in a meeting, select the View icon on the top-right corner of the Zoom window. Some view layouts are listed below. For more information, please review this article.

  • Speaker view: In Speaker view, the current speaker's webcam image will appear as a larger image in the Zoom window and other broadcasting webcam content appears as thumbnails near the top of the meeting interface.
  • Gallery view: In this view format, you will be able to view webcam broadcasts from participants in the same window. To switch to Gallery view, locate the icon in the upper-right corner of the meeting interface, and select it.
  • Full-screen view: Double-click anywhere on the video meeting screen to enter full-screen view. Or, select the Full-Screen icon in the upper-right corner of the meeting interface. To exit full-screen mode, repeat these steps.
