NetID: Apply or Remove the Privacy Flag on Your Directory Listing

Overview

To apply or remove a privacy flag, complete the steps below. Please note that this change will take 2-3 business days to take effect.

How To

  1. Go to dash.tennessee.edu.
  2. Select Employee Self Service, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities.
  3. Select Company Single Sign-On and log in using your NetID and password when prompted. If you need help, visit DASH: Sign in to the DASH Landing Page. 
  4. In the left navigation, under Quick Actions, select Personal Details.
  5. In the section labeled Demographic Info, click the pencil icon to edit the information displayed.
  6. At the bottom of the section, click the drop-down menu below Authorization of Disclosure. Please note that the DASH team is working with Oracle to clarify the effects of each option presented below: 
    • Full Disclosure
    • Limited Disclosure
    • No Disclosure
    • Not Declared (Default)
