Overview
To apply or remove a privacy flag, you will need to complete the below steps. Please note that this change will take 2-3 business days to take effect.
How To
- Go to My IRIS Web.
- Log in using your NetID and password.
- Select the Employee Self-Service tab at the top of the page.
- Click Personal Information.
- Click Personal Profile.
- Under Addresses, click the Pencil Icon beside the Primary Office or Permanent Residence address.
- To apply or remove a privacy flag on your account, select Phone Release under your address and choose one of these options:
- Complete Information (will make you visible in the directory)
- No Address
- No Phone/Address
- No Phone Number
- No Public Listing (this will make you unsearchable in the directory).
- You may also change your listed office telephone number while on this page.
- Once you have finished, select Save or Save and Back to save your changes.
