NetID: Apply or Remove the Privacy Flag on Your Directory Listing

Overview

To apply or remove a privacy flag, complete the steps below. Please note that this change will take 2-3 business days to take effect.

How To

  1. Go to dash.tennessee.edu.
  2. Select Employee Self Service, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities.
  3. Select Company Single Sign-On and log in using your NetID and password when prompted. If you need help, visit DASH: Sign in to the DASH Landing Page
  4. Go to the Me tab > Personal Information > Contact Info > Work Phone Release > Edit (Pencil icon) > Phone Release Dropdown Field > Choose an Option.

  5. Note: Choosing option F - No Public Listing will result in only your NetID appearing in Active Directory. This means you will only be searchable in Outlook by your NetID, and all sent emails will display only your NetID.
