Overview
If you know your current password and your computer authenticates on the UTK Active Directory domain, follow the directions below.
- Log off all programs and mobile devices that authenticate using your NetID, Active Directory, or UT email password.
- From your computer, hold the Ctrl-Alt-Delete buttons
- Choose the option to Change Your Password
- Enter your old password to authenticate, then enter and verify your new password.
**Be sure to update any applications or mobile devices that store your password before attempting to log back in.
