As Online@UT (Canvas) is funded entirely by the UTK Student Tech Fee, no one without an active, current UTK NetID can access UTK's Online@UT (Canvas) environment.
However, if you are interested in adding users that do not have a University of Tennessee NetID to your Online@UT (Canvas) course site, limited NetID sponsorships are possible.
NOTE: Only officially registered and enrolled UTK students have access to the Online@UT (Canvas) system and academic course sites. Non-UTK users cannot be added as students to course sites.
