DASH Research

In alignment with the University of Tennessee System (UT System or UTSA), Strategic Plan and under the umbrella of the Dynamic Administration Systems for Higher Ed (DASH) program, the Huron Research Suite will expand research capabilities and ensure administrative excellence through the use of a modern, cloud based solution for “managing the business of research”.

The DASH Research Project launched in the summer of 2023 will implement the various HRS modules by the early of 2027.

Employee Compensation Compliance (ECC)

Information to assist certifiers and other departmental designees with the completion of online review and confirmation of project-based payroll expenses.

Conflict of Interest (COI)

The new DASH Research Conflict of Interest (COI) system replaces previous IRIS and iMedris outside interest disclosure systems for the management of outside interests, activities and commitments in alignment with state and federal regulations.

Export Control (ExC)

Export Control expands research capabilities, supports Research Integrity, and ensures compliance. The Export Control platform includes requests for export control reviews for International Travel, Visitors Engaged in Research, Visa (I-129 Part 6), Shipment, Purchasing, Sponsored Research, Collaborations, Other Agreements, and Payment Processing.
