Planon is the University of Tennessee’s enterprise Space Management Software, which brings all space management processes and workflows together in one intuitive software portal. Planon is a comprehensive software solution that aids in modernizing and optimizing space management across UT campuses. With modules including real estate portfolio management, lease management, space management, move management, access management, and space surveys, Planon helps establish system-wide standards and enhance the stewardship of university spaces, supporting efficient and effective space utilization and management.
Planon facilitates the management and tracking of space usage, handles key and card access requests for the UTK and UTHSC campuses, and provides access to floor plans for spatial planning.
