The software request form can be used to request the installation of software owned by the department (or by students who were required to purchase the software for class) in the computer labs for purposes of teaching classes or assisting students in class work. The instructor must make the request for software to be put in a lab and supply a copy of the software with the request.
Software requests must be received by the following dates in order to be installed in the computing labs for each semester:

Requests received after these deadlines will be deployed in the following semester.
Patches, plugins & updates to existing software will be deployed as possible.
