Planon Space Scheduling: Logging Into the Planon Web App and Adding the Modules to Your Home Screen

Overview

Instructions on how to log into the Planon Web App as well as setting up the app the first time you log in.

Logging Into the Planon Web App

  1. Go to https://utenn-prod.planoncloud.com/.
  2. Authenticate using your UTK NetID and password. This is the NAME part of NAME@tennessee.edu, NAME@utk.edu.
  3. You will land on the Planon home screen.

Add Reservations to Your Home Screen

In order to reserve space using the Planon web app, you must add the option for reservations to your main screen. You should only need to do this the first time you log on.

  1. Select the Settings gear icon in the far right of the Home Screen.

  2. Select the Reservations box. The box should now appear below the other options.

  3. Select the caret up arrow in the far right to close the Edit Home Screen display.

  4. Reservations should now appear as an option on your Home Screen.

Note: If Reservations does not appear as an option, please submit a HelpDesk ticket for the DASH group.
