Zoom: All Screens Mode

Zoom: All Screens Mode

Zoom offers hosts a variety of options for sharing content, such as sharing the whole screen or sharing only one application or window at a time. One screen sharing option, All Screens Mode, is a feature that lets a meeting host request all participants to share their desktops at once. This presents the host with a scrollable, side-by-side view of everyone’s shared screen alongside their video feeds.

Instructions for activating All Screens Mode are listed below, along with some best practices to keep in mind.

Best Practices for All Screens Mode

  • Be sure to have the latest version of the Zoom Workplace app installed on your device.
  • Dual monitors are recommended.
  • Have the best connection possible.
