Zoom Docs may be shared during a meeting for real-time collaboration. Be sure to have the latest version of the Zoom Workplace desktop application installed on your device for the best experience with new features.

- On the meeting toolbar, select Docs, and then choose a Doc to share or create a new Zoom Doc.
- Select the Share in Meeting icon for the Doc you want to share in the meeting. You may be prompted to approve collaboration (or not) for participants present in the meeting. Choose your collaboration option as desired.
- To stop the share, select the Red X icon on the top-right (this icon appears when the share is in progress).
