Zoom: Sharing a Zoom Doc

Zoom Docs may be shared during a meeting for real-time collaboration. Be sure to have the latest version of the Zoom Workplace desktop application installed on your device for the best experience with new features.

  • On the meeting toolbar, select Docs, and then choose a Doc to share or create a new Zoom Doc.
  • Select the Share icon for the Doc you want to share in the meeting.
  • To stop the share, select the Red X icon on the top-right (this icon appears when the share is in progress).
