The latest version of the Zoom Workplace desktop application includes different views and options for accessing information. For example, in the latest version, upcoming meetings for the day may be summarized in the information window. Recurring meetings may also be listed.
Additional items in the new desktop app include:
- The calendar side-panel view is optional and can toggle off and on.
- A link leading to recordings is now available near the bottom of the information window.
- Hosts may drag-and-drop the app icons along the main menu into an order to suit their personal preference.
