The Zoom Annotation toolbar is available during a share screen activity and may be engaged to mark-up slides or a whiteboard. Access to annotation tools may be shared with participants, and the meeting host/leader can control this permission during the meeting in real-time.
Icons on the annotation toolbar include,
- Highlight
- Text box
- Draw
- Spotlight
Select the More icon on the share screen activity toolbar to reveal options such as sharing annotation tools with participants. The example below displays a share screen activity in progress. The share screen toolbar is at the top of the interface and the annotation toolbar is within the Zoom content window, on the right.
