K@TE: Find Completion Certificates

Overview

This article provides instructions for external customers on accessing a course completion certificate in K@TE. If a course in K@TE includes a completion certificate, you can access it in your K@TE account. 

Instructions

  1. Go to kate.tennessee.edu/ and choose External Customers. 
    • External customers will sign in with their K@TE username and password. 
  2. Hover your mouse over the Learning main menu item then click View Your Transcript in the dropdown menu. 
    • NOTE: The default view of your transcript in K@TE is to display any active courses for which you have registered or are in the process of taking. 
  3. Click the Active button to change to the Completed option.

  4. When you find the correct course, click on the down-pointing arrow and click View Certificate in the dropdown menu.
