Overview
The share.zoom.us site is primarily intended for sharing content in a Zoom Room. However, the site can also be useful for sharing content from a tablet or mobile device that does not have the Zoom client installed. The share.zoom.us page may not include all the sharing features of the full Zoom meeting client and the Share Screen function. We recommend installing the Zoom client and engaging the Share Screen icon on the toolbar for the best in-meeting content-sharing experience.
Instructions
Share Your Screen in a Zoom Room
- Start or join a meeting in a Zoom Room.
- Tap Share Content on the Zoom Room's controller.
- Open a web browser and visit share.zoom.us.
- Enter the Meeting ID or Personal Link Name, then select Share Screen. You can also select Enter a Sharing Key to present.
- When prompted, allow your web browser to open Zoom.
- Choose the screen or application you want to share, then select Share.
