Overview
During course registration, a student may receive an error code to contact the HelpDesk.
Resolution
To resolve this error during registration, clear your web browser's cache. Instructions to Clear the Cache in the Most Common Web Browsers are available in the Knowledge Base. OIT also suggests trying an alternate web browser such as Chrome, or Firefox.
If clearing the cache does not work, please submit a ticket online and select Registration/Banner SSB at the type of help needed.
