Microsoft Outlook: Open a Shared Calendar

Outlook for Windows

  1. From the Calendar view, go to the Home tab, then Manage Calendars group, and select Open calendar.
  2. Select Open Shared Calendar.
  3. Type the name of the person's calendar you are opening and select the person. 
  4. Click OK. The shared calendar will appear in the left navigation. 

Outlook for Mac

  1. In Outlook, open the shared calendar by going to File > Open > Shared Calendar...
  2. Type the name of the person's calendar you are opening, select the person, and click Open
