If you know your NetID password, you can unlock your IRIS account in the IRIS Web Portal.
- Log in using your NetID and NetID password.
- Click on the Employee Self-Service tab (tabs are at the top of the screen).
- Click on Personal Information.
- Click on Unlock IRIS User ID.
If you've forgotten your password, visit the OIT website for information regarding how to reset it. When your password is changed, it will sync to IRIS and unlock the account.
Tip: Passwords are case-sensitive. Check to make sure Caps Lock is not on.
