Download the Latest Version of the Zoom Workplace App:
- Go to tennessee.zoom.us.
- Select Download Zoom (link is located near the bottom-left).
Mobile apps are available in the App Store and the Google Play Store.
For the best user experience, be sure to stay up-to-date with software updates. The latest update often includes feature enhancements and service patches that improve application functionality.
Update the Zoom Workplace Application:
- Sign in to the desktop application using the SSO option.
- Select the profile image at the top-right of the application window (this could be your initials or a profile picture that you have uploaded).
- Choose Check for Updates and follow the prompts on the screen.
