Instructions

Download the Latest Version of Zoom:

  1. Go to tennessee.zoom.us. 
  2. Select Download Zoom. 

Mobile apps are available in the App Store and the Google Play Store.

For the best user experience, be sure to stay up-to-date with software updates. The latest update often includes feature enhancements and service patches that improve application functionality.  

Update the Zoom Desktop Application:

  1. Sign in to the desktop application using the SSO option. 
  2. Select the profile image at the top-right of the application window (this could be your initials or a profile picture that you have uploaded).
  3. Choose Check for Updates and follow the prompts on the screen.
