Zoom: Review Security Settings in a Meeting

There are two icons that may be useful if you'd like to review settings and details while leading a session. These icons are the Host tools icon on the toolbar and the Security Badge, located on the top-right corner of the meeting interface.

The Host Tools Icon

Select this icon to quickly review current settings and make changes.

After selecting the Host tools icon, choose an option. For example, lock the meeting to prevent any additional attendees from joining or choose Participants to review the access to meeting tools.

The Security Badge

Select the shield/badge icon on the top-right of the meeting interface to quickly review meeting details.  Select Security Settings to reveal more information.
