Zoom: Review Security Settings in a Meeting

There are two icons that may be useful if you'd like to review settings and details while leading a session. These icons are the Host tools icon on the toolbar and the Security Badge, located on the top-left corner of the meeting interface.

The Host Tools Icon

Select this icon to quickly review and change session settings such as allowing participants to share screen or to enable/disengage the Waiting Room.

The Security Badge

Select the shield/badge icon on the top-right of the meeting interface to quickly review meeting details, such as the meeting ID or invitation link.  Select the option "Security Settings Overview" to reveal more information.
