Windows: Work or school account problem error message

Overview

When a Windows computer is added to InTune, a notification may appear that there is a Work or school account problem.

Windows notification warns of a work or school account problem requiring sign‑in.

Instructions

  1. Click the notification to bring up the Settings app and a Microsoft Login Screen.
  2. Select your account.
  3. Log in with your NetID and password and authenticate with Duo.
