Zoom: Share Content to All Breakout Rooms

Overview

There's a new feature available in the latest version of Zoom that supports sharing content to Breakout Rooms. To update to the latest version of Zoom, please visit Zoom's download center.

Please keep the following in mind as you move forward.

• When the leader is sharing content to a Breakout Room, any existing share activity in that room will end immediately.
• We encourage all leaders and participants to have the latest version of Zoom for the best online classroom experience.
• Make sure all content items are easy to locate and share, as this helps save time during the online classroom.

Instructions

Share Content to Breakout Rooms

Please keep in mind that Breakout Rooms should be in progress while sharing content to the rooms.

1. Select the Share Screen icon on the toolbar.
2. On the share screen options window, select the item you wish to share.
3. At the bottom of the share screen options window, add a check by the option to Share Content to Breakout Rooms.
