Overview
Leaders and meeting hosts may share the same content to all Breakout Rooms at once. Be sure to have the latest version of Zoom to have access to this feature. Please visit Zoom's download center to get the latest version for your device.
Please keep the following in mind as you move forward.
- When the leader is sharing content to a Breakout Room, any existing share activity in that room will end immediately.
- We encourage all leaders and participants to have the latest version of Zoom for the best online classroom experience.
- Make sure all content items are easy to locate and share, as this helps save time during the online classroom.
Instructions
Share Content to Breakout Rooms
Breakout Rooms should be in progress before proceeding.
- Select the Share icon on the toolbar.
- On the share screen options window, select the item you wish to share.
- Choose Share Content to Breakout Rooms.
