This article addresses how to resolve an HTTP error that may appear when trying to log in to DASH after selecting “Employee Self-Service, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities" followed by “Company Single Sign-on".
Step 1: Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies

Open your browser settings (Usually found under Menu > Setting > Privacy and Security)

Clear:

Close all browser windows completely

Reopen your browser and try accessing DASH again

Step 2: Clear Your Browser Page Cache and Cookies

Open the application
-
Click the Setting Icon next to the URL

Choose “Cookies and site data” → “Manage cookies”

Search for the domain (e.g., oraclecloud.com or the company domain, like tennessee.edu)

Remove all cookies for that site

Log out of profile
-
Reload the page and log in again
