This service request serves as the intake mechanism for the Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team to review contract language for alignment with institutional technical, cybersecurity, and applicable statutory requirements. This form should only be completed by UT Contracts or Legal Departments. If the requestor is not from one of these groups, you must first submit the contract through your business manager or equivalent.
