New Admit Email Access Issues

If you’re applying to more than one University of Tennessee campus, sometimes your email account gets set up at a campus you don’t plan to attend. When you log into MyUTK, check the module with your personal information to see your student email address. It should match the campus you plan to go to. For UT Knoxville students, your email should end in @vols.utk.edu.

If you will be attending UT Knoxville and your email address doesn’t end in @vols.utk.edu, click Submit a Request to start the correction process. 

Also, every UT student has an email alias ending in @tennessee.edu that goes to the same Inbox and is occasionally used for logging into UT services like Zoom. Communication from the office, such as the Bursar, is also typically sent to your netid@tennessee.edu address for things like your enrollment fee.
