The Submit a Request form will allow you to request the following types of MTAS IT help:

  • IT Help - issues or questions concerning Windows, Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.), Adobe Creative Cloud, Snagit, Notes, or login issues.  Problems or questions concerning mobile devices, tablets, laptops, projectors, printers, etc. 
  • Equipment or Software Purchase Request – a request for new, replacement, additional, or updated equipment or software.  This is the category used when an item needs to be purchased.  The request category has built in work flow that includes supervisor approval and managing the purchasing process.  
  • MTAS Website/Portal - questions or concerns related to Itinerary/Leave, Project Reporting, Prof Development, A/R system, MORe, Knowledgebase, etc. 
  • PC Refresh - This option will typically be opened for you when it is time for a New PC.  However, if you think it is time or are having issues and want to seek approval for an early refresh of the existing PC you can select this option and Justin will contact you to discuss.  

If you are not sure the category your request fits into, just select the "Software" category when creating the request.
