Clickers: Error - "Unable to Communicate with PointSolutions Server"

Error

Instructors may receive the error message "Unable to Communicate with PointSolutions Server" when trying to launch the PointSolutions app to start an exam. 

Solutions

  • Check for problems with network connectivity.
  • Log out of the app and then log in again.
  • Restart the app and your computer.
  • Uninstall/reinstall the PointSolutions app.
  • The error may go away on its own after a while.
