Overview
When trying to create your initial NetID password, you receive the error message "Error: Unable to contact Active Directory for Password Complexity Verification."
Resolution
If you receive the error above, wait until the next business day to create your initial password.
This error occurs when your account has not finished the creation process. After being admitted to the university, it takes two days for an account to be fully created.
