IRIS: Complete or Approve the Outside Interest Disclosure Form

The Outside Interest Disclosure Form is to allow University of Tennessee faculty and staff to disclose outside interests as required by the University’s Conflict of Interest Policy.

• Instructions to complete and submit the Outside Interest Disclosure (OID) form
