QuestionPro: License Expired May 31, 2022

The UT license for QuestionPro expired on May 31, 2022. After this date, you will not be able to access your QuestionPro account. You will also not be able to access any previously collected data, and it may be deleted from the QuestionPro servers soon after the license expires. We recommend you log in to your QuestionPro account (oit.utk.edu/websurveys) and export any data you need before the expiration date. 

If you have any ongoing or new surveys that will be active past May 31, 2022, we strongly recommended you build them in Qualtrics.

If you wish to continue using QuestionPro past the expiration date, you must migrate your UT account to a personal account. QuestionPro has both free and paid accounts, with the paid accounts providing unlimited response limits, more question types, and advanced logic. Visit QuestionPro’s website for individual plans and pricing.
